Gallery Direct has grown into the leading British based designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of furniture, home décor and accessories. We are committed to offering the complete home and outdoor furnishing solution.
An exciting opportunity had arisen within our Customer Care team.
The role will involve:
- Answering first line customer service queries
- Supporting in any crisis management as required
- Liaising and working with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints
- Updating and working with our ticketing system
- Working with the order processing team where appropriate
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new customers
You will:
- Have experience of working within a similar customer service role (ideally within a similar B2B/B2R industry); managing/resolving customer complaints and building stakeholder relationships
- Display exemplary customer service skills
- Demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Constructively champion the needs of the customer with internal colleagues
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative
- Display first-rate communication skills (verbal and written), and be able to adjust these accordingly
