An exciting opportunity had arisen within our Accounts team for an Assistant Credit Controller. We have a fabulous opportunity for progression for an organised, team-orientated person to take responsibility for day-to-day tasks in order to assist in achieving credit control collection targets.


The Role will include: 

  • Investigating and chasing debts by telephone and email (with support when appropriate)
  • Flagging any potential bad debtors to the team and advising of any significant debts cleared.
  • Working closely with the Senior Credit Controller and Credit Controller to resolve issues surrounding unallocated payments 
  • Assisting the senior team in addressing actions to be taken for debt over 90 days old.
  • Dealing with both internal/external queries in a timely manner
  • Posting and allocating bank receipts
  • Supporting with Worldpay, PDQ & PayPal daily reconciliations
  • Supporting with the review/action of hold list from the daily figures
  • Providing admin and ad-hoc support to the wider Accounts team (where applicable)


You Will:

  • Have previous administration experience within a Credit Control function
  • Demonstrate excellent accuracy, numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills, 
  • Be proactive with ideas and initiative.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision (after initial guidance) 
  • Be a team player who is able to provide support to colleagues when needed
  • Display competency with Microsoft packages including Excel

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to work in a fast paced, ever-evolving Company? Could you be a reliable, pro-active addition to our team?

An exciting opportunity had arisen within our team for an experienced Sales Administrator 


The Role Will Involve:

  • Booking in orders directly with customers
  • Processing and completing orders accurately and promptly 
  • Working closely with internal teams within our Warehouse and Transport departments
  • Updating and working with our internal systems to ensure accurate and reliable data is produced    
  • Liaising with the customer service team regularly to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service
  • Supporting the External Sales team to provide an effective and reliable service to their new and existing customers


You Will:

  • Have significant experience of working within a similar role (ideally within a similar industry) 
  • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative 
  • Display first-rate communication skills (verbal and written), and be able to adjust these accordingly
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook 
  • Have an eye for detail 
  • Have achieved a minimum of Grade C in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Customer Service Administrator (Based within the Quality Control Team)

An exciting/unique opportunity has arisen within our team for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the Gallery team, based within the QC Department.


The Role Will Involve:

  • Answering QC related customer service queries 
  • Supporting in any crisis management as required 
  • Undertaking and supporting product and process improvements to correct, and eliminate recurring problems
  • Supporting in any crisis management as required 
  • Liaising and working with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints
  • Placing orders and organising returns/collections 
  • Making considered commercial decisions (with training/support) 
  • Supporting the QC Department with ad-hoc tasks as required  


You Will:

  • Have experience of working within customer service (ideally within a similar industry) 
  • Display exemplary customer service skills 
  • Ideally, have an understanding of the role, and experience, of a QC department 
  • Constructively champion the needs of the customer with internal colleagues
  • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative 
  • Display first-rate communication skills (verbal and written), and be able to adjust these accordingly

  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities

IT Support

An exciting opportunity had arisen within our growing IT team to utilise IT knowledge and skills to resolve/develop solutions to business challenges, enabling it to become more efficient.  This would perfectly suit someone with a few years’ experience looking to progress their career and develop within an ever-expanding Company.  


The Role Will Involve:

  • Providing first line IT support to all areas of the business, reporting directly to the Operations Systems Manager 
  • Undertaking project work as a result of the expanding portfolio of IT support requirements 
  • Creating SQL Queries to NAV & SAP Databases
  • Utilising Power BI to develop and enhance reporting throughout the Company
  • Working to progress the efficiency of the Company’s ERP processes, to allow the achievement of maximum productivity 


You Will:

  • Have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a relatable industry 
  • Display an excellent working knowledge of Windows, Office, PC Hardware/accessories and Basic Network
  • Ideally have experience of Dynamic NAV and/or SAP B1
  • Possess excellent time management skills, developed through experience of shifting priorities 
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges 




Warehouse Operative Picker

Do you have a background in warehousing and are looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to join a fast paced, rapidly expanding Company?  

An opportunity had arisen within our warehouse team for a Picker. 


The Role Will Involve:

  • Preparing/completing orders for delivery according to schedule
  • Ensuring orders are correctly and safely packed
  • Operating handling equipment (ensuring safety regulations are followed)
  • Utilising a Pivot Steer/Bendi/Flexi’ Fork Lift Truck (FLT) to assist with the movement of stock
  • Operating scanners to ensure that the correct order is picked and inventory can be managed accurately
  • Keeping the warehouse and work area clean and tidy.
  • Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards
  • Undertaking any other general warehouse duties as required


You Will:

  • Have proven experience within a similar role 
  • Hold a ‘Bendi/Flexi’ FLT licence, or another FLT licence which can be converted, and demonstrate recent operation    
  • Display good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy  
  • Possess good communication skills to enable efficient team work
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
