An update from the team regarding COVID-19

We wanted to let you know that during these uncertain and worrying times, we are thinking about you and your customers, as well as our own team, families and communities.

Pleased be assured that we are carefully considering health and safety in all decisions we make, to maintain the safety of our customers and staff, and to follow the guidance and best practice advice from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England, as we know it is vital that we do our part to help reduce the transmission on COVID-19.


We have worked hard through the initial stages of the situation in a positive and successful way, ensuring we have secured a healthy stock holding here in the UK to make sure we are in a strong position to continue to supply your business and customers with no disruption. We have multiple sites across the UK where our stock is held and a large team of Gallery drivers and vehicles to continue delivering orders as normal.


We are taking the utmost precautions and have implemented safe working practices, to help prevent the spread of the virus. Each delivery team has its own dedicated vehicle which is kept to the highest standards with thorough daily cleaning with hand sanitising stations, gloves and shoe covers in every vehicle. We are aware of concerns, so if requested, deliveries can be left on doorsteps, rather than being taken inside. The normal communication channels from our transport team will continue, to guarantee personal service on all our deliveries. Some of our deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies who have implemented their own safety processes to ensure there is the same level of service you expect from Gallery. We choose our delivery partners carefully and are confident that they will continue to deliver products safely. If you do have concerns, please let us know.


Both our National and Area Sales Managers will be working from home until further notice. However, they are still contactable for orders, support or if you have any queries. If you are unsure of your local ASM, please contact us by clicking here.


Our customer support teams, as well as office staff, will be working from home where possible. We have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the day to day communication that we have with you all continues with minimal disruption.
