1. Kiln dried and profiled timber is put through compo machine.     2. The moulding is
mitred.
    3. Every joint is glued.     4. Then pinned.  
5. Corner plate reinforcement. 6. Hand sanding after final stage of kiln drying, mitre edges are then filled by hand. 7. Frames are finished on back and fronts as a complete frame. 8. Frames are individually rubbed down, touched up and polished.
9. Glass is silicon glued into frame.
10. Glass is bonded to 3mm mdf board. 11. Board is stapled into frame and covered in kraft paper.
12. Final inspection and ready for shrink wrapping and packing.
