| 1. Kiln dried and profiled timber is put through compo machine. |

2. The moulding is
mitred. |

3. Every joint is glued. |
|

4. Then pinned. |

| 5. Corner plate reinforcement. |

|
6. Hand sanding after final stage of kiln drying, mitre edges are then filled by hand. |

7. Frames are finished on back and fronts as a complete frame. |

8. Frames are individually rubbed down, touched up and polished. |

9. Glass is silicon glued into frame.
|
|
|
10. Glass is bonded to 3mm mdf board. |
|
|
11. Board is stapled into frame and covered in kraft paper.
|
|
|
12. Final inspection and ready for shrink wrapping and packing.
