Delivery Update

Our Story

Our warehouse have been working hard to keep up with demand, and we have introduced a 3rd shift enabling us to be fully up to date with customer orders. All staff are working within government guidelines with the safety of all staff our main priority. (click here to see our response to COVID-19)

Gallery Delivery Fleet

Our 18t and Artic vehicles are operational for large trade deliveries, with a number of our 18t vehicles running from both Sittingbourne and Westbury for trade and contract deliveries, as well as from our secondary facility in Wellingborough. (click here to see our response to COVID-19)

Our 2-man transport fleet are operational from Sittingbourne, carrying out DHD (Contactless Doorstop Deliveries) on two-man products, and will be covering areas in the South East that can be achieved within 1-day routes due to the lack of hotels and restaurants.

However, we are pushing to be back to full strength in line with the UK Governments latest guidelines due to be implemented next month, including the introduction of more vehicles across the fleet and further afield 2-man deliveries with the re-opening of the hospitality sector. A decision to re-instate our white glove deliveries and customer collections to be made shortly after reviewing current restrictions stated in our risk assessments. Parcel Deliveries

Our trusted partners have been assisting and providing as much help as possible during this unusual time.

Our smaller parcel partner APC are operating contactless and doorstop deliveries and will communicate by SMS/Email on the day of delivery. They are currently operating at a level of next day delivery once dispatched from our warehouse.

Our larger parcel partner, Arrow are offering contactless/doorstop deliveries on larger items and customers will be contacted when Arrow receive the parcels into their own Warehouse by SMS/Email to offer a range of dates available for the customer to choose from. Their current use of a diary service means customers will need to be quick to get their first choice slot and avoid disappointment.

Arrow have increased lead-times currently from their normal 3-day timeline due to increased demand throughout their network, so time slots within a 7-10-day timeline will be available. However, they are currently working towards a return to normal service within the next month and will be back offering a quicker delivery option to customers. Please update your customer promises accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Our smaller parcel partner, APC, are running a limited service with customer collections. However, as with our own fleet, our larger parcel partner Arrow are still unable to offer collections on larger parcels. Please contact us for more details or if you have any questions.
